The Mariposa (at Silver Lake Lodge):
Rated #1 in the Zagat Restaurant Guide, The Mariposa is Deer Valley Resort's premier dining establishment located mid-mountain at Silver Lake Lodge. Mariposa offers a blend of classic and current cuisine as well as tasting menus which include their Mariposa and vegetarian specialties. The wine list has consistently received the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence. Open Wednesday through Sunday, 5:30 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. during the ski season.

Royal Street Cafe (at Silver Lake Lodge):
Located at Deer Valley Resort's mid-mountain Silver Lake Lodge, this restaurant features award-winning cuisine in a contemporary lodge setting. Open daily for lunch with sit-down service from 11:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Royal Street is a more casual Deer Valley dining experience with great menu options such as Caesar Salad and Deer Valley's signature Turkey Chili, Vermont Cheddar Cheese Burger, and House Smoked Pulled Pork Sandwich.
Reservations are available but walk-ins are also welcome when space is available.

Après-ski Experience (located on the 2nd floor of the Silver Lake Lodge):
Hangout above the Silver Lake Lodge beach and enjoy an assortment of appetizers, sporting events, and live music on weekends and holidays. Hours: Open only during winter ski season Monday - Friday: 11:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. and Saturday - Sunday: 10:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Glitretind at Stein Eriksen Lodge:
The Glitretind Restaurant is the height of culinary excellence, providing guests with an extraordinary global cuisine experience. The setting is warm and elegant, perfect for a romantic rendezvous or a classic dining experience. The Glitretind was one of a handful of places to win a Sante Restaurant award. The wine list features more than 750 selections of local, domestic, and international wines and champagnes.

Troll Hallen Restaurant Lounge at Stein Eriksen Lodge:
Troll Hallen provides an unpretentious yet inspired place for a light lunch, seasonal spirits, and appetizers. It's also the perfect environment to lounge about, sit by the blazing fireplace, and soak up wonderful views of the surrounding Deer Valley mountains. The environment is casual, but you'll find the menu has panache unparalleled by any other Park City Restaurant. Guilty pleasures include garlic cheese fries with asiago cheese and Stein's Burger featuring white cheddar and angus beef. Lunch is served from 11:00 A.M. to 2:30 P.M., Après-Ski is from 3:30 P.M. to 5:00 P.M., dinner starts at 6:00 P.M. and for late night dining, the lounge is open until 12:00 A.M.

Cena Restaurant and Lounge is a casual and family oriented Italian style restaurant. Menu items will include a variety of flatbread pizzas from the wood-burning oven, pasta and world-famous meatballs.

Located at the Austrian Hotel, Goldener Hirsch Inn, the Goldener Hirsch Restaurant offers delicious contemporary Alpine cuisine with a seasonal American spin. Some favorites include Cheese Fondue, Weiner Schnitzel, and Hand Pulled Apple Strudel. This Four Diamond establishment is set in a charming Austrian décor. Open Wednesday through Sunday 5:00 P.M. to 9:30 P.M.
