Mont Cervin Condos Vacation Rental Terms & Conditions
Please review the following information as it pertains to the time of year you are renting a vacation rental condo from Silver Lake Accommodations. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our office today.
Winter 2023-24 Deposit Policy
For reservations made prior to 45 days of arrival:
The minimum night stay is 4 nights with the exception of the following dates:and/or units
For reservations made prior to 45 days of arrival:
- 30% of lodging total due at time of booking
- Final payment due 45 days prior to arrival
- Total amount of reservation due at time of booking
- Cancellations made outside of 45 days prior to arrival receive 100% refund less a $200.00 processing fee
- Cancellations made between 45 and 14 days of arrival forfeit advance deposit
- Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival forfeit all payments
Decrease in length of stay within 45 days of arrival is non-refundable
Low Snow Policy:If within 72 hours of arrival any of the following lifts are not in operation (barring weather or mechanical closures) all lodging deposits are fully refundable less a $75.00 processing fee: Silver Lake Express, Wasatch Express, Quincy Express, or Northside Express.
Minimum Stay Requirements:The minimum night stay is 4 nights with the exception of the following dates:and/or units
- December 23 to January 1: 5 night minimum stay required
- Unit 104 requires a 7 nigt minimum

Additional Silver Lake Policies, Terms & Conditions
- Pet Policy:
Pets are not permitted in any of our properties. Any violation of this policy may result in extra cleaning costs and or eviction. - Smoking:
All of our properties are strictly Non-Smoking. - Taxes and Resort Fees:
Taxes and resort fees are not included in the published nightly rates. - Check-in/Check-out Times:
Check-in time is 4:00 PM. If your accommodations are ready for occupancy prior to 4:00 PM you may check-in early, however, early check-in is not guaranteed.
In order to allow time to properly clean your accommodations for the next arriving guest, check-out time is 10:00 AM.If you desire a later check-out time, please check with the front desk the day before your departure. We will try and accommodate any late check-out requests, however, there is no guarantee that we will be able to provide a late check-out in all situations. - Snowboarding:
Please be aware that Deer Valley Resorts prohibits the use of snowboards. Snowboards are allowed at Park City Mountain Resort and at The Canyons.
