Winter Deposit Policy:
 
For reservations made prior to 45 days of arrival: 
  • 1 nights lodging due in 3 days - Non-refundable
  • Final payment due 45 days prior to arrival

For reservations made within 45 days of arrival: 

  • Final Payment due within 24 hours

Winter Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations made outside of 45 days prior to arrival forfeit 1 nights deposit
  • Cancellations made within 45 days of arrival forfeit full payment

Changes:

Decrease in length of stay within 45 days of arrival is non-refundable

Low Snow Policy:

If within 72 hours of arrival any of the following lifts are not in operation (barring weather or mechanical closures) all lodging deposits are fully refundable less a $75.00 processing fee: Silver Lake Express, Wasatch Express, Quincy Express, or Northside Express.

Minimum Stay Requirements:

The minimum night stay is 3 nights with the exception of the following dates: 

  • December 26 to January 2 - 5 night minimum stay required  
  • February 17 to February 24 (President's Week) - 5 night minimum stay required

Summer Deposit Policy:

For reservations made prior to 14 days of arrival:

  • 1 night non-refundable deposit due within 3 days of booking
  • Final payment plus taxes due 14 days prior to arrival

For reservations made within 14 days of arrival:

  • Final payment due within 24 hours of booking

Summer Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations made outside 14 days of arrival forfeit 1 nights deposit
  • Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival forfeit full payment

Pet Policy:

Pets are not permitted in any of our properties. Any violation of this policy may result in extra cleaning costs and or eviction.

Smoking:

All of our properties are strictly Non-Smoking.

Taxes and Resort Fees:

Taxes and resort fees are not included in the published nightly rates.

Check-in/Check-out Times:

Check-in time is 4:00pm. If your accommodations are ready for occupancy prior to 4:00pm you may check-in early, however, early check-in is not guaranteed.

In order to allow time to properly clean your accommodations for the next arriving guest, check-out time is 10:00am.If you desire a later check-out time, please check with the front desk the day before your departure. We will try and accommodate any late check-out requests, however, there is no guarantee that we will be able to provide a late check-out in all situations.

Snowboarding:

Please be aware that Deer Valley Resorts prohibits the use of snowboards. Snowboards are allowed at Park City Mountain Resort and at The Canyons.
